Right Line announced the transition to the 2026.09 Electronic Message Album on the Digital Ruble platform.

Right Line, the vendor of the “PCR‑Connect” solution for the Digital Ruble platform, has confirmed full technical readiness for the transition to the new Album of electronic messages for interaction with the Digital Ruble platform, version 2026.09 (hereinafter referred to as the Album), which was published on the website of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in May 2026. The Album is available in the test environment from August 1, 2026, and the official launch is scheduled for September 1, 2026.

All processes of adaptation and integration of the updated message formats have been completed within the established timeframes. Support for new scenarios in the Right line “PCR‑Connect” solution will ensure stable operation of the systems of platform participants and reduce the time required to implement updates for banks and financial organizations.

One of the key innovations in Album 2026.09 is scenarios for working with a new category of clients — individual entrepreneurs (IE). The Album provides scenarios for registering and opening a personal account for an Individual Entrepreneur, for the financial intermediary to change the details of the Individual Entrepreneur, as well as for the Individual Entrepreneur to independently change his details.

The possibilities of making payments are also expanding. The new Album provides a scenario for the transfer of C2B from an individual linked to a legal entity or individual entrepreneur. This will allow us to develop new ways for customers to interact with businesses in digital rubles.

A separate block of changes is related to the AML/CFT verification processes. The Album now includes new scenarios for revoking consent on AML/CFT grounds at the initiative of a financial intermediary and confirming the termination of access on AML/CFT grounds.

In addition, scenarios for requesting a list of closed SCRs, as well as requests for certificates and documents, have become available. Their introduction expands the capabilities of platform participants in working with information and documents as part of customer service.

“Each new Album represents a consistent expansion of the digital ruble platform’s capabilities and the development of scenarios for different categories of customers.” In Album 2026.09, the appearance of a full set of capabilities for working with individual entrepreneurs, as well as new payment and regulatory scenarios, is particularly important.

The Right Line team has ensured support for all new scenarios in the “PCR‑Connect” solution. Thanks to this, platform participants will be able to adapt their systems to changes in a timely manner and focus on developing services for customers without being distracted by complex technical integration issues,” says Andrey Bloshchetsov, CEO of Right Line.

The transition to Album 2026.09 will be the next stage in the development of the digital financial infrastructure in Russia. Implementing the updates will enable market participants to expand their customer service capabilities, launch new settlement scenarios in digital rubles, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
