Right line has summarized the results of its participation in the international forum VBA-2026
On October 20–21, the 13th International Forum VBA-2026 took place in Moscow, focusing on the automation and digitalization of banking services, the development of payment technologies, and practical experience in implementing innovative solutions.
Right line participated in the event, showcasing its developments and delivering a presentation on the future prospects of bio-acquiring.
A key topic for Right line at the forum was biometric payments and their role in the evolution of the payment industry. Mikhail Zubakin, Director of the Payment Systems Department at Right line, gave a presentation titled “Bio-acquiring: An Infrastructure for Trust and a New Customer Experience.”
In his talk, Mikhail Zubakin discussed the position of bio-acquiring among major industry trends and the impact of biometrics on shaping new models of trust and user payment scenarios. He also addressed common myths surrounding the implementation of biometric payments in banks—specifically, the misconceptions that such systems are prohibitively expensive or overly complex to integrate.
“At the forum, it became clear once again that the primary question for banks today isn’t whether they are interested in biometrics, but rather how to integrate it into real-world payment scenarios. When you start discussing implementation in concrete terms, the conversation quickly narrows down to two points: how difficult it is for the bank, and what the customer ultimately gains. This is exactly what we addressed in our presentation and at our booth. It is important to us that our colleagues see this technology not as just another task for their IT team, but as a functional tool that can be implemented without unnecessary barriers.”
