For the fifth time, the Right line team took part in the RUN IT race, an annual running event for representatives of the IT industry. For the second year in a row, the event has been held in Meshcherskiy Park in southwestern Moscow and gathers participants of all levels of training: from amateurs to experienced runners, from adults to children. This year, the organizers offered distances of 5 km, 10 km and a half marathon (21.1 km), as well as children’s races.
The Right line was represented by 16 people: 9 participants went to a distance of 5 km, 5 participants went to 10 km, one won a half marathon, and the adults were accompanied by two children of the employees.
For many of them, running has long been a part of life outside the office — company employees regularly participate in marathons across the country and inspire colleagues through the internal sports community. “We have a good tradition of spending the first July weekend on the move and in great company,” says Olga Chesnokova, HR Director of the company.
The main event of the race for the team was the results of the race of Yaroslav, a Right line test engineer: he finished second in the half marathon and won the silver medal. 21.1 km and a prize—winning place is a result that the whole team is proud of.
Right line has been participating in RUN IT for five years in a row, and each time it’s not just a race, but an opportunity to spend time together, recharge your batteries and set new personal records.
