Moscow hosted the annual TAdviser SummIT conference, a meeting place for representatives of major Russian companies, IT solution developers, and digital transformation experts. The event brought together more than 1,500 participants, including IT directors, representatives of IT departments of major Russian companies and government agencies, as well as leading technology suppliers to the fintech market.

Right line participated in the conference as a delegate. The team focused on DBMS administration issues, a service area that the company is actively developing in the outsourcing format and which aroused the keen interest of the conference participants.

Representatives of Right line noted a significant increase in demand for qualified database support — from administration to migration — in the context of technological transformation. Companies face a shortage of specialists capable of ensuring seamless migration and stable operation of critical systems in the new infrastructure.

The Russian market of control and data processing systems has moved to a more balanced dynamic after a period of accelerated growth in 2023-2024. By the end of 2025, its volume amounted to 101.9 billion rubles, which is 13.9% more than in the previous year. At the same time, DBMS accounted for 57% of the market (58 billion rubles), Data Governance — 11% (approximately 11 billion rubles), the remaining share was occupied by data upload tools and other tools.

Analysts note that the DBMS market in Russia is moving towards a phase of mature competition and technological industrialization. Customers’ attention is focused on stable operation of highly loaded systems, predictable performance, fault tolerance and compliance with growing regulatory requirements.

“The DBMS market is showing steady growth, but with it the complexity of the systems is also growing. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a team of DBA specialists, especially in the context of the transition to domestic platforms.

At the same time, the cost of an error in the administration of critical databases can be in the tens of millions of rubles. Professional outsourcing allows you to obtain high—level expertise without creating your own competence center,” comments Pavel Shmelev, Director of the Right line Service Products Department.

During the plenary sessions and panel discussions, the conference participants discussed a wide range of topical issues of digital transformation. Representatives of the largest companies shared their experience in implementing strategic IT projects and best practices in replacing foreign solutions with domestic counterparts.

Special attention was paid to the development of the IT infrastructure in the new economic realities. Experts noted that cybersecurity is becoming a basic condition for survival in the digital economy.

The TAdviser SummIT conference confirmed that the Russian IT market continues to adapt to new challenges, demonstrating its ability for technological transformation and import substitution. The key priorities for 2026 remain ensuring technological sovereignty, developing the domestic IT infrastructure, and creating an ecosystem to support critical systems.
