Ivan Belorybkin, Commercial Director of Right Line, comments:

“The reasons for the increase in purchases can be explained by several factors. Firstly, in the context of rapid technological development and the need to ensure cybersecurity, government agencies are actively investing in updating software and equipment. The increase in software purchases by 16.7% and computers with peripherals by 14% confirm this. Secondly, we are seeing the active implementation of new solutions, which is due to the need to improve the efficiency of government agencies and improve the quality of service to citizens. An important step in this direction was the increase in the number of purchases, which indicates a high level of interest in innovation. Finally, it is worth noting that despite the decrease in the volume of purchases under 223-FZ, the overall growth under 44-FZ demonstrates the correctness of the chosen strategy and the need for further development in the field of IT. We are confident that these changes will help us reach new heights in digitalization and ensuring transparency of public procurement.”
