The solution helped create a unified digital environment for their approval, storage, and control. As a result, the average contract approval time was reduced by 60% — from three to five to one to two working days.

The implementation was carried out by the internal Right line team with methodological and technical support from Directum specialists. As a result, contractual and financial processes were transferred to a single digital framework. Employees no longer need to manually monitor the approval sequence or search for the required document version in correspondence: the system automatically routes documents along the configured paths.

The implementation of Directum ECM+ helped to: reduce the time required to approve contracts by 60%; reduce the labor costs associated with searching for documents, sending versions, and monitoring approvals by approximately 40%; ensure that more than 100 employees work in a single system; integrate about 15 top managers into the digital process; transfer 100% of contracts and key financial documents to a managed process.

Employees of Right Line noted the convenience of a single workspace for working with documents, the transparency of the approval sheet, and the quick search and access to up‑to‑date file versions. For managers, the system has become a tool for monitoring deadlines, document statuses, and the responsibilities of participants.

In the future, Right Line plans to expand the use of the Directum ecosystem. The company is considering developing the “Regulatory Documents” solution, converting internal orders to a digital format, optimizing financial approval routes, and developing analytics on document processing times.
