Right line participated in the iFin-2026 Banking Forum

On February 3-4, 2026, Moscow hosted the iFin-2026 International Forum “Electronic Financial Services and Technologies”, one of the key industry events dedicated to the development of remote banking, electronic banking and digital financial technologies.

Right line company acted as a partner of the forum and took an active part in the iFin-2026 business program: the team talked with the guests and partners of the forum at its own stand, as well as participated in Round table discussions. The company’s experts also presented reports on the development of payment infrastructure, biometric technologies and the transformation of banks’ digital channels.

Mikhail Zubakin, Director of the Department of Payment Systems at Right line, made a presentation on “Bioequaring — a new infrastructure of trust” in the framework of the section “DBO 2026: technologies and solutions that are changing the market”. In his speech, he reviewed bioequaring as one of the key trends in the payment market, and also spoke about the role of biometrics in the formation of new trust models and the development of customer payment scenarios.

“Businesses also benefit from bioequaring. Automatic age detection scenarios at the checkout remove one of the most painful points of offline retail – delays and conflicts when selling age—restricted products. As a result, all parties benefit: the buyer due to convenience, the merchant due to speed and operational efficiency,” says Mikhail.

In the section “Customer-centric Bank: technologies, products, security, efficiency”, Alexander Telbukov, Director of the Department of back-office systems at Right line, delivered a report “From the DBO to the lifestyle ecosystem: transformation of the bank’s digital channels for the growth of digital interaction with customers”. He focused on the evolution of digital channels, an ecosystem approach to the development of banking services, and the importance of a sustainable Back Office as a foundation for scaling client solutions.

“In order to be competitive, banks around the world are striving to move from the “financial service channel” model to the “digital platform of everyday life” model — lifestyle banking or super-app.

The bottom line is that the banking application is becoming not only a place to check the balance and transfer money, but also a marketplace for everyday services. Is it beneficial for sellers? Yes, indeed. After all, now he also has the opportunity to gain access to an expanded audience with understandable financial opportunities,” Alexander comments.

The iFin-2026 forum traditionally brought together representatives of banks, fintech companies and IT vendors. More than 40 leading Russian developers and suppliers of solutions for the financial sector met on one platform. The participants discussed current technological and business trends, as well as practical cases of digital transformation of banks.

Participation in iFin-2026 allowed Right line to share practical experience, discuss key areas of development of RBS and payment services, as well as hold a number of professional meetings with representatives of the banking community and technology partners.
