Right line, with the support of Softline Group, has implemented MaxPatrol SIEM and MaxPatrol VM to protect the IT infrastructure.
Softline Group (PJSC Softline), an investment and technology holding company with a focus on innovation, has implemented a project for Right line. Softline Group specialists helped implement the MaxPatrol SIEM information security event monitoring and incident management system, as well as the MaxPatrol VM vulnerability management system from Positive Technologies, one of the participants in the Russian market of effective cybersecurity. As a result, IT infrastructure security is monitored through the rapid identification and analysis of information security events, proactive threat search, and building a vulnerability management process. This was reported to CNews by representatives of Softline.
Right line is a developer of IT solutions for banks and financial organizations. The company is engaged in development in such areas as the digital ruble, a fast payment system, e-commerce and acquiring software. The specifics of the work require a high level of security of information systems and compliance with the requirements of the regulator. The company has built an infrastructure based on domestic software products. To strengthen cyber protection, it was necessary to replace the open source security event management system and automate vulnerability management. With such a request, Right line contacted Softline Group of Companies.
To select the optimal solution, Softline Group experts analyzed the client’s requirements, infrastructure features, and proposed the MaxPatrol SIEM and MaxPatrol VM systems from Positive Technologies. The solutions allow you to track cyber incidents and prevent threats by monitoring the infrastructure. MaxPatrol SIEM helps to detect complex attacks using the built-in expertise and the MaxPatrol BAD ML module, which allows faster and more accurate decision-making on information security incidents. MaxPatrol VM identifies trending vulnerabilities and prioritizes them according to the degree of danger.
Before full-scale implementation, Softline Group specialists deployed the systems in a test mode in the client’s infrastructure, configured and connected the main data sources, and developed correlation rules. Certified engineers of the group of companies who were trained by the vendor participated in the project. As a result of the project, the customer received a solution for monitoring, collecting and analyzing information security events, as well as a vulnerability management tool.
“We are pleased with the results of our partnership with Softline Group. The team helped us quickly find solutions and pilot them, as well as provided technical and consulting support to quickly solve our problems. Software development for the banking sector imposes stricter restrictions than in a number of other areas, so we carefully consider the issue of ensuring information security in the company, the choice of solutions and contractors for the implementation of projects,”— said Ivan Belorybkin, Commercial Director of the Right line company.
“The project was successfully implemented thanks to the well-coordinated interaction of all participants and the involvement of the Right line team at every stage. As a result, the customer received a reliable tool to enhance information security. Softline Group’s expertise and resources make it possible to provide a comprehensive structured approach to information security projects of various orientations,” she said Anna Kravtsova, account manager of Softline Group.
“According to our analysis of current cyber threats, in late 2024 and early 2025, IT companies are among the top 5 industries most attacked by hackers, so it is important for them to ensure the security of their own infrastructure. Working in synergy, MaxPatrol SIEM and MaxPatrol VM provide a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure security, providing an integrated approach to security management,” said Alexander Belemetz, Lead Customer Relations Manager at Positive Technologies.
