Right line announces full technical readiness to switch to an Album of electronic messages for interaction with the digital ruble platform version 2026.01.

Right line, a vendor of solutions for the Digital Ruble platform, has confirmed its full technical readiness for the upcoming transition to a new Album of electronic messages for interaction with the digital ruble platform version 2026.01 (hereinafter referred to as the Album). The album will be released in the test environment on December 1, 2025, and the official launch is scheduled for January 1, 2026.

All processes of adaptation and integration of the updated message formats are planned to be completed on time. Support for new scenarios in the Right line “PCT-Connect” solution will ensure stable operation of the platform participants’ systems and reduce implementation time for banks and financial organizations.

The album contains several new scenarios related to the consents functionality, a mechanism that allows platform participants to delegate certain operations to a financial intermediary (bank).

Now banks can receive information on current consents to which they are a party, as well as manage consents to transactions on behalf of clients who are legal entities. Other scenarios include a B2C refund with consent, a C2B transfer status request, and a consent information Client request.

Another important scenario, X2G, will allow individuals and legal entities to make payments to government agencies, expanding the use of the digital ruble in the field of public services and treasury operations.

Traditionally, the changes have also affected existing scenarios. New e-mails have been added in the scenarios “Replenishment of the Client-Legal Account” and “Replenishment of the Client-FL Account”.

In addition, scenarios have been announced in the Album, which are expected to be described in detail in future releases.:

• Requesting a list of closed scenes
• Request for information and documents
• Refund of funds from recoverers and credit institutions (from a bank account on the SDR)

The updated version of the document supports a hybrid model of responsibility allocation between commercial banks and the Bank of Russia, which ensures faster detection of suspicious transactions and risk reduction on the part of platform participants.

The transition to the Album 2026.01 will be the next stage in the development of the digital financial infrastructure in Russia. The implementation of the updates will allow market participants to improve the quality of customer service, simplify integration with the digital ruble platform and ensure compliance with the new regulatory requirements.
