The Central Bank of the Russian Federation announced on its official website the Electronic Message Album version 2025.01 for interaction between the subjects of the digital ruble platform.

Changes have been made to current scenarios. For example, the scenario of the FI Request for Client-FL data management has been updated. But there are also a number of new scenarios related to compliance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ dated 07.08.2001 “On Combating Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds of Crime and Financing of Terrorism”:

– Termination of the SCR agreement under the requirements of 115-FZ;
– Execution of arrests and penalties on the Client’s SCR;
– Sending notifications based on the results of AML/CFT inspections;
– Setting/canceling the restriction on the Client’s SCR.

According to the current information, the use of the Electronic Messaging Album version 2025.01 in the industrial environment is scheduled from January 2025.
